Summary0010385: 1511 Add/Rescan wrongly reports exclusions as errors
Description1) With Option "[x] Ignore files shorter than 20 Kb" (the default), Add/Rescan some track files shorter than than 20 Kb.

Expected: no errors.
Observed: Error dialog reporting that there was a problem with the excluded files:

Workaround: Check that no genuine errors are included, then click OK.

This with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit using Windows Classic theme.

MMW should not show presented error dialog with only Too short files, but should show them dialog if there is other errors.

1. To make things easier I think we should consider to group errors in Tree so that user can easily check/see what errors happen and thab on [+] see exact details

I'm suggesting this due the fact that in large scans/monitors/rip multiple errors can occur and scrolling thrum 10k tracks can be annoying.

2. Another approach would be to make tabs like in Locate moved/missing dialog

No "other" about it. Ignoring short files is NOT an error.
